Is Chamaeleon Méthode Ancestrale Trebbiano a good wine?
What reviewers say
“Sparkling bio Trebbiano, refermented in bottle. Pale orange, fickle from the yeast. Almonds, white peach, lychee, lime zest, yellow apples, green pears, ananas, nutty notes, grapefruit. Dry, light, perfectly balanced acidity & alcohol (12.5%). The bitterish backbone of Trebbiano is kept in check by the sparkles. Very uncommon, a bit rough, cider-like. Might not please everyone. I found it really good & extremely easy drinking, both as aperitif and with food (oven vegetables, cheese, tortelloni).”
