“Clear, medium, lemongreen. Nose: Ripe green fruit. Yellow apples, white peach, apricot and stone fruit. Ripe citrus of lemon pith. Delicate minerality of chalk. Elegant autolysis notes, pastry, bread yeast and brioche. Light toast from barrel. Palate: Juicy, delicate and rich.”
