“I was puzzled about how different this is compared to previous vintages. Not in a bad way necessarily. Still the same blend with 50 % Sauv.Blanc and 50 % Cab.Blanc (!) (40-70 year old vines). Cold maceration for 6 days. Dominant scent of elderflower (more pineapple earlier).”
