“Superb Oloroso by Rioja winemaker and Sherry enthusiast Roberto Amillo, sourced from 24 barrels that belonged to the old Pemartin & Cia winery. 30+ years in the solera system. Perfumed nose with somewhat sweet aromas: caramel, toffee, vanilla and spices. Round, soft and smooth on the palate. Long finish with hints of hazelnuts. Very elegant”
