“Absolutely wonderful Cremant! Deep yellow color with beautiful, gentle pearling. The nose is mix of yellow apples and pear on fruity side mixed with brioche and yeast notes. Dry, full body, high acidity and long, pleasant finish. Refreshing palate starts with green apples and lemon zest then turns creamy and buttery finaly delivering bit of minerals in the very end. Wonderful piece of wine making, can easily beat any Champaigne, especialy considering price range. Highly recommended.”
