“Più che buono Lagrein Altoatesino per 13% gradi alcolici e un estratto secco di 29,5 g/l (come un buon Brunello). L'Abbazia di Novacella, oltre ai bianchi fa anche ottimi rossi. Colore rosso rubino carico con riflessi violacei.”
