Summary
Uganda's commando force raids the Tiger Mafia, a gang terrorising Kampala, in an operation led by Captain Alex, whose men seize the gang boss's brother. When Alex himself turns up dead, his brother, a kung fu fighter, goes hunting for whoever is responsible while the surviving Tigers regroup for reprisals. Nabwana I.G.G. shot the picture in the Wakaliga slum for a few hundred dollars, with hand-built props, a helicopter assembled from scrap and computer-drawn muzzle flashes. A 'video joker' shouts commentary over the entire film, a Ugandan exhibition tradition dubbed straight into the soundtrack of this action movie.
