Summary
During a counterterrorism summit in Salamanca, Spain, the U.S. President is shot moments after taking the stage. The event is replayed from the perspectives of several witnesses - a Secret Service agent, an American tourist with a camcorder, a local police officer, and the President himself - each revealing a different piece of a larger conspiracy.
