Summary
Loosely adapted from Homer's Iliad, the film follows the Greek armies led by King Agamemnon as they besiege the city of Troy after Prince Paris brings Helen, queen of Sparta, home with him. The warrior Achilles, driven by his own pursuit of glory, clashes with both his king and the Trojan prince Hector in a war that stretches across the walls of the ancient city.
