Summary
Woody tears his arm and is left at home when Andy goes off to cowboy camp, and while venturing out during a yard sale he is stolen by Al McWhiggin, the grasping owner of Al's Toy Barn. In Al's apartment he discovers that he is a rare 1950s collectible, the star of a cancelled puppet show called Woody's Roundup, and meets the rest of the set — the cowgirl Jessie, the horse Bullseye and Stinky Pete the Prospector — being crated up for a museum in Japan. Buzz Lightyear leads Mr Potato Head, Hamm, Rex and Slinky Dog across town to retrieve him, while Woody weighs a permanent life behind glass against a boy who will eventually outgrow him. A Pixar computer-animated sequel directed by John Lasseter.
