Summary
In a world where random people have been transformed into supervillains called Miscreants, two estranged childhood best friends reunite when one, a brilliant scientist, accidentally gives the other superpowers through her experimental treatment. Together they become Thunder Force, Chicago's first team of superheroes, and set out to stop a power-hungry villain and his henchmen from taking over the city.
