Summary
A Catholic priest grieving the death of his parents travels to China, where a mystical encounter grants him the ability to transform into a velociraptor. Back home, he teams up with a former prostitute who convinces him to use his new powers to fight crime, taking on drug-dealing ninjas in the process.
