Summary
In Prohibition-era Chicago, idealistic Treasury agent Eliot Ness assembles a small, incorruptible team to take down bootlegging kingpin Al Capone. Mentored by a streetwise Irish beat cop, Ness learns that bringing down Capone will require bending his own rigid sense of the rules.
