Summary
Four armed men hijack a New York City subway train on the Lexington Avenue line and hold the passengers hostage, demanding one million dollars from the city within an hour or they will start killing riders. A transit police lieutenant in the control center negotiates with the cold-blooded ringleader while authorities scramble to deliver the ransom and figure out how the hijackers plan to escape from an underground tunnel.
