Summary
A man returns to the idyllic Australian beach of his childhood, hoping to surf with his teenage son, but is confronted by a hostile gang of locals who refuse to let outsiders into the water. As humiliations escalate under the punishing summer sun, he refuses to leave the parking lot above the beach, and his grip on reality begins to unravel.
