Summary
A group of American tourists vacationing in Mexico join a German traveler on a trek to a remote Mayan ruin to find his missing brother. Once they climb the vine-covered pyramid, hostile local villagers surround the site and refuse to let them leave, trapping them with something far more dangerous lurking among the ruins.
