Summary
Bumbling Police Squad Lieutenant Frank Drebin returns from a foreign assignment to find his partner Nordberg gravely wounded after stumbling onto a heroin smuggling operation. Drebin's investigation leads him to wealthy businessman Vincent Ludwig, whose mind-control scheme threatens a visiting queen during a Los Angeles baseball game. Along the way, Frank romances Ludwig's assistant Jane while leaving a trail of slapstick destruction.
