Summary
Scott, a directionless twenty-something living with his widowed mother on Staten Island, has been adrift since his firefighter father died when he was a kid. When his mom starts dating a brash firefighter, Scott is forced to confront his arrested development, his vague dreams of becoming a tattoo artist, and the grief he has buried for years.
