Summary

In Nome, Alaska, psychologist Dr. Abigail Tyler investigates a series of disturbing sleep disorders among her patients, who all report waking at 3 a.m. to see a white owl outside their windows. As she digs deeper through hypnosis sessions, she uncovers evidence of something far more terrifying behind the townspeople's traumas and the area's history of unexplained disappearances.
