Summary
Aspiring actor Greg Sestero befriends the eccentric, mysterious Tommy Wiseau in San Francisco, and the two move to Los Angeles to chase Hollywood dreams. After repeated rejection, Tommy decides to finance and direct his own movie, dragging Greg into the chaotic production of what becomes The Room, an infamously bizarre passion project that unexpectedly finds an audience as one of the worst films ever made.
