Summary
A year after a tragic accident, a group of adventurous women reunite for a caving expedition in the Appalachian Mountains. When a passage collapses behind them, they discover they are trapped in an uncharted system - and that they are not alone in the dark. Tensions among the friends fracture as predatory creatures begin hunting them through the tunnels.
