Summary
In a flooded post-apocalyptic future, Earth's remaining elite have fled to a distant colony. Astronaut Louise Blake returns on a reconnaissance mission to determine if Earth is once again habitable, but after a crash landing she encounters scattered survivors and brutal scavengers, forcing her to decide where humanity's future truly lies.
