Summary
A veteran 911 operator, still haunted by a call that ended badly, takes an emergency call from a teenage girl who has been abducted and locked in the trunk of a car. As she tries to guide the girl to safety and help police track the kidnapper, she is forced to confront her past and take matters into her own hands.
