Summary
In the town of Cheesebridge, a boy named Eggs is raised underground by the Boxtrolls, gentle scavengers who wear cardboard boxes. When the villainous exterminator Archibald Snatcher schemes to wipe out the Boxtrolls to earn a coveted white hat from the town's cheese-obsessed elite, Eggs ventures aboveground and teams up with a curious girl named Winnie to save his adoptive family.
