Summary
A precocious 11-year-old genius named Henry essentially runs his single mother's household and looks after his younger brother. When he becomes convinced that the girl next door is being abused by her stepfather, a local police commissioner, Henry devises an elaborate plan to rescue her and leaves behind a notebook of instructions for his mother to carry out.
