Summary
An aging American assassin hides out in a remote Italian village after a job in Sweden goes wrong, taking on what he hopes will be one final assignment: crafting a custom weapon for a mysterious client. As he forms tentative bonds with a local priest and a prostitute, he tries to outrun his past and contemplate a way out of his solitary, violent life.
