Summary
When the villainous Fearless Leader escapes from the cartoon world into live-action reality with plans to hypnotize Americans through bad TV and rig a presidential election, FBI agent Karen Sympathy is sent to recruit the long-forgotten Rocky the Flying Squirrel and Bullwinkle the Moose. The trio embarks on a cross-country road trip to stop Boris, Natasha, and Fearless Leader before their scheme succeeds.
