Summary
Colonel William F. Guile leads an Allied Nations strike force against the warlord General M. Bison, who has taken hostages and is plotting world domination from his Southeast Asian stronghold. As Guile races to rescue the captives before Bison executes them, fighters like Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, and Cammy are drawn into the confrontation, each with their own scores to settle.
