Summary
An LAPD SWAT officer must keep a Los Angeles city bus moving above 50 mph after an extortionist rigs it with a bomb that will detonate if the bus slows down. With a passenger drafted into driving, he races to find a way to disarm the device and stop the bomber before time and road run out.
