Summary
A squad of Louisiana Army National Guardsmen on a weekend training exercise in the Atchafalaya bayou run afoul of local Cajun trappers after a thoughtless prank. Armed with blanks and lost in hostile swampland, the soldiers are picked off one by one as paranoia, poor leadership, and the unforgiving terrain turn the maneuvers into a desperate fight for survival.
