Z-normalized corrects for reviewer bias (every reviewer re-centered onto their personal scale). Raw average uses simple mean across the broader pool including stddev=0 reviewers. The 23-point gap is the rating-inflation signature for this title — discriminating reviewers liked it more than the casual crowd.

Summary

A self-absorbed Brooklyn woman becomes obsessed with finding a college acquaintance who has gone missing, dragging her three equally narcissistic friends into an amateur investigation. What begins as a quirky millennial mystery gradually darkens across seasons into a comedy of moral compromise, as the group's choices spiral into increasingly serious trouble.
