Summary
A struggling New York City couple, Melissa and Josh, stumble upon a magical town called Schmigadoon while on a backpacking trip meant to reinvigorate their relationship. The town is trapped in a 1940s-style golden-age musical, and the pair learn they cannot leave until they find true love. As they navigate the cheerful townsfolk and song-and-dance numbers, they're forced to confront what they really want from each other.
