Summary
In a decaying Tulsa-like town, Rusty James, a small-time teen gang leader, struggles to live up to the legend of his older brother, the enigmatic Motorcycle Boy, who has returned from California. As Rusty James navigates street fights, a fading girlfriend, and an alcoholic father, he idolizes his brother while failing to grasp the disillusionment that has hollowed him out.
