Summary
A sentient car tire named Robert awakens in the California desert and discovers it has telekinetic powers, which it uses to destroy small objects and eventually living creatures as it roams the landscape. Meanwhile, a group of spectators watches the strange events unfold through binoculars, blurring the line between film and audience in this absurdist meta-horror.
