Summary
Hong Kong prosecutor Jason Hsia (Yuen Biao) watches a triad boss walk free after the witness against him is murdered along with the man's family, and decides to start killing the criminals the courts cannot touch. Senior Inspector Cindy Si (Cynthia Rothrock) is put on the case, unaware at first that the vigilante she is hunting is a lawyer she knows, while the syndicate's own enforcers close in on both of them. Directed and choreographed by Corey Yuen, it is a Hong Kong action thriller from the height of the 1980s stunt era, built around kicking duels, a car-park chase and a confrontation staged among taxiing aircraft.
