Summary
After his girlfriend Julie dies in a motorcycle accident, troubled teen Curt uses his father's military access to revive her with Trioxin, the reanimation gas from a secret Army project. Julie returns changed, battling escalating cravings for human brains while the pair flee both the military and a gang of street thugs. Her transformation drives a tragic romance through the L.A. underground.
