Summary
Minutes after the events of the first film, a heavily armed police tactical unit escorts a Ministry of Health official into the sealed Barcelona apartment building to retrieve a sample from the source of the outbreak. As the team pushes deeper into the quarantined floors, they discover the infection's origins are far stranger than a simple virus, and a separate group of trapped teenagers films their own desperate attempt to escape.
