Summary
In the summer of 1984, a group of London-based lesbian and gay activists decide to raise money to support families affected by the British miners' strike. Facing initial suspicion, they form an unlikely alliance with a small Welsh mining village, and the two communities discover common ground in their shared struggle against Thatcher-era hostility. Based on a true story.
