Summary
Charlie Cale, a casino worker with an uncanny ability to tell when people are lying, goes on the run after a deadly encounter with her boss. Traveling across the country in her beat-up Plymouth Barracuda, she stumbles into a new mystery in each town and uses her human lie-detector skills to help solve murders while staying one step ahead of those hunting her.
