Summary
Walker, a hardened criminal, is double-crossed and left for dead by his partner Mal Reese after a heist on Alcatraz. Presumed dead but very much alive, Walker methodically works his way up the chain of a shadowy criminal organization in Los Angeles, demanding the share of the money he is owed. John Boorman's stylized noir blurs the line between revenge thriller and existential reverie.
