Summary
At her 25th high school reunion, Peggy Sue Bodell, on the verge of divorce from her unfaithful husband Charlie, faints and wakes up in 1960 as her teenage self with all her adult memories intact. Given a second chance, she reconsiders her choices, including her relationship with Charlie and a road not taken with a beatnik classmate, while trying to make sense of how she got there.
