Summary
A shy London focus puller moonlights as a serial killer, filming his female victims' terror with a camera rigged to a hidden blade. As he becomes drawn to a kind young woman living in his building, his obsession with capturing fear on film, rooted in a childhood of psychological torment by his scientist father, pushes him toward exposure.
