Summary
In 1882, free-grazing cattlemen Boss Spearman and his longtime hand Charley Waite drive their herd across the open range until a tyrannical rancher in a nearby town turns his hired guns on them. Forced to defend their crew and their way of life, the two men ride into town for a reckoning, while Charley finds an unexpected connection with the local doctor's sister.
