Summary
A Washington, D.C. newspaper reporter publishes a story exposing a covert CIA operative, igniting a constitutional clash when a special prosecutor demands she reveal her source. Facing jail for contempt of court, she must choose between protecting her source and preserving her family, career, and freedom. Inspired by the Valerie Plame affair.
Nothing But the Truth is a 2008 crime, drama and mystery film.
Its in-cohort standing is measured against the other 7,846 2000s films, not against the whole corpus. A second review pool sits behind it as well: 886 Rotten Tomatoes reviewers clear the same calibration test, and Rankquant scores them separately. 147 IMDb reviewers are calibrated for this title, and those are the ones the calibrated score reads; a separate, broader pool of 151 reviewers with at least two reviews each feeds the raw-average track.
