Summary
A young couple with a newborn baby find their suburban life upended when a rowdy college fraternity, led by its charismatic president, moves in next door. After a fragile truce collapses, the couple wages an escalating prank war against the frat to get them evicted before the noise and chaos ruin their family's future.
