Summary
A reclusive, mentally disturbed owner of a mannequin store stalks and murders young women in Los Angeles, scalping his victims to adorn his mannequins. Told almost entirely from the killer's first-person point of view, the film follows his fragile psyche as he becomes fixated on a French artist whose work features mannequins. A remake of the 1980 cult slasher.
