Summary
An ex-cop and escaped convict steps onto the ledge of a Manhattan hotel, threatening to jump while negotiating with an NYPD psychologist. The standoff is actually a diversion: as crowds and media gather below, his brother and his brother's girlfriend attempt a daring diamond heist across the street to prove he was framed by a powerful real estate magnate.
