Summary
A brutal, mud-and-blood adaptation of Shakespeare's tragedy set in the harsh Scottish Highlands. After three witches prophesy that he will become king, Macbeth, a battle-scarred Scottish warlord, is goaded by his grieving wife into murdering King Duncan and seizing the throne.
