Summary
A friendly alien is separated from his family after being accidentally transported to Earth by a NASA probe. He befriends Eric, a wheelchair-using boy who has just moved to California with his mother and older brother, and the family helps the alien (nicknamed Mac, for Mysterious Alien Creature) evade government agents while searching for his own family.
