Summary
James Bond investigates the deaths of three British agents, leading him to Dr. Kananga, a Caribbean dictator who moonlights as Harlem gangster Mr. Big. With the help of tarot reader Solitaire, Bond uncovers a scheme to flood the United States with free heroin to corner the drug market. The trail takes him from New York to New Orleans to the fictional island of San Monique.
